The Killikkurussi Mahadeva Temple, located in Killikkurussimangalam village near Lakkidi in Palakkad district, Kerala, is a revered Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
It holds the distinction of being the 82nd temple among the 108 Shiva temples established by Lord Parasurama, the legendary sage credited with creating the land of Kerala.
According to local legends, the temple was founded by Sage Sree Suka Brahma Rishi, adding to its spiritual importance.
The village of Killikkurussimangalam is also notable as the birthplace of Kunchan Nambiar, the renowned Malayalam poet and the progenitor of the art form Ottamthullal.
