Kotilingeshwara Temple (Kannada: ಕೋಟಿಲಿಂಗೇಶ್ವರ) is a Hindu temple located in the village of Kammasandra, Kolar district, Karnataka, India.
The presiding deity of the temple is Lord Shiva, and it is home to one of the largest Shivalingams in the world.
According to legend, the lingas were initially placed at the temple site by a former atheist who later became a devoted follower of Shiva. This story was depicted in the 2001 hagiographical film Sri Manjunatha.
The main attraction of the temple is a massive Shivalinga, standing 108 feet (33 meters) tall, accompanied by a 35-foot (11-meter) tall Nandi idol. The temple complex spans over 15 acres (61,000 square meters) and is surrounded by countless small lingas.
