Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, located in Narasimhula Palle, Jagtial District, Telangana, India, is dedicated to Narasimha Swamy, the fourth avatar of Lord Vishnu.
The temple is dedicated to Lord Narasimha and his consort, Devi Lakshmi. Over the years, it has attracted a significant number of devotees. Originally built during the Chalukya reign, the temple was later expanded by the Kakatiyas.
The temple enshrines three forms of Narasimha. The first is his natural seated posture, while the second is the fierce Ugra form, in which he destroyed the demon Hiranyakashipu.
The third form is the Saumya (peaceful) avatar of Balaji, similar to the one at Tirupati. The temple also houses a small shrine dedicated to Sri Venugopal, accompanied by idols of Rukmini and Satyabhama, as well as an idol of Yama.
