Nameswara Temple, also referred to as the Parvati Mahadeva Nameswara Temple, is a Saivite Hindu temple located in Pillalamarri, Suryapet district, Telangana, India.

The Nameswara Temple was built around 1202 CE on the banks of the Musi River by Namireddi of the Recherla family, who were feudatories of the Kakatiya dynasty and ruled the region. The genealogy of Namireddi is detailed in an inscription found on a pillar of the temple.

The Nameswara Temple is one of four prominent and intricately carved stone and granite temples located in Pillalamarri village, which was a major city during the Kakatiya era in the early 2nd millennium.

The other three temples in the area are Erakeswara Temple (dedicated to Shiva), Trikuteswara Temple (dedicated to Shiva), and Chennakesava Temple (dedicated to Vishnu).
