Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple is located in Kadiri Anantpur district of Andhra Pradesh state in India. According to Hindu Mythology Lord Narasimha emerged as Swayambhu from roots of Kadiri tree to assassinate Hiranyakashyap - Father of Prahlada.
